Wednesday

Well, for Monday through WED morning I was good on the food...until I was no longer able to stomach eggs.  I'd put them down and they'd come right back up...I need a new easy protein source.

Called Grandma Bettie yesterday, but I didn't get any phone calls done today.
  Tuesday was a rest day
Monday's WOD:

  • press: 5,5,5 @ 95/115/125
  • push press: 3,3,3 @ 135, 145, 155
  • push jerk: 1,1,1 @ 165, 195, 200
  • DWOD (afternoon edition):
  • pull-ups weighted 5,5,3,3,1,1
  • 20,30,40,35, 45, 45
  • felt dead from this morning but it was a good day w/ a PR on the PJerk
