Took today off.
I need to call everyone in the family and talk to them...still haven't!!!
Steph and I went to BBB today to setup our wedding registry.
This weeks training will be as follows:
M:
wod 1:Press/ PP/ PJ ,5/3/1x5 respectively
wod 2:strict chins for weight 5,5,3,3,1,1
10 minute rest
run 2 miles in vibrams
T see 12 weeks to ultra
W: 4 mile run- morning
Swim @ lunch time
H: 3x 800s -Morning
Tabata: Pull-ups/Pushups/ burpees/abmat sit-ups
Swim @ lunch time
Friday-Sat: go back to week 1
Food: for the next 42 meals I am going to eat per to four hour work body, record weights and results
Record: each day I must spend at least 5 minutes recording my thoughts/wods / meals from the day
