I've been doing alright with the 6x per day of 35 g of protein,
Friday's wod:
2 rounds for time:
7 deadlifts at 255
12 pull-ups
150 pulls on the rower
Time : 21:19

Saturday wod:
Two miles
Mile one: 7:00
Mile two: 9:00
....need to run more
